We are pleased to announce that the open subscription for ARMSWISSBANK nominal coupon bonds, which started on May 24, has been completed on June 22, 2018.
The bonds has been issued on the following terms:
Nominal value –100 USD
Quantity – 60,000.
The total volume of the issue is 6,000,000 USD, of which 700,000 AMD bonds are subject to purchase by market makers.
Coupon rate and periodicity of payment - 6.5%, semi-annual.
It is noteworthy that the bonds issued at the end of the placement were placed in full volume (USD 6 million).
Placed bonds were acquired by resident and non-resident legal entities, including commercial banks of Armenia as well as by individual investors.
The Bank will apply to the Exchange once a week, after the expiry of the open subscription expiration date, to ensure the circulation of bonds in the regulated market, after which the market makers will carry out the bilateral quotation of the above mentioned bonds.
Issued bond is the second successful experience of the Bank.
