Hereby we would like to inform you on placement and issuance of registered coupon bonds /two tranches/ of “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC will take place on 02.05.2019.

Bonds will be issued in USD /with nominal value of USD 100 / and EUR /with nominal value of EUR 100/, with maturity of six and four years, coupon rate of 6.50% and 4.00% accordingly and coupon semiannual payment frequency.

The total volume of the placement for USD denominated bonds equals 5,000,000 and 3,000,000 for EUR denominated bonds.

Bonds will be placed via open subscription. Applications for subscription will be accepted starting from 02.05.2019 10:00 till 29.05.2019 16:30.
