We are happy to announce that "ARMSWISSBANK" CJSC USD bonds with AMSWISB2DER0 distinctive code placed on 01.06.20, have been fully (USD 10mln) placed.

The placement of the bonds was carried out by open subscription, and, although it was planned to place it by 01.07.2020, but as of 03.06.2020, the bonds have already been fully placed.

The main terms of placed bonds are:

• Volume - USD 10,000,000,
• Nominal value per bond - USD 100,
• Quantity - 100,000,
• Coupon - 6% annualy,
• Coupon payment periods - 6 months,
• Duration - 6 years:

It is noteworthy that on 01.06.2020 "ARMSWISSBANK" CJSC AMD bonds with nominal volume of AMD 10 billion were successfully placed in Armenian Stock Exchange by auction. As well as, currently, the placement of EUR bonds with a nominal volume of EUR 5 million, which is being carried out by open subscription and will end on 01.07.2020.
