We are pleased to announce that the underwriting process of foreign currency bonds of “Artsakh HEK” OJSC has started. The placement of the bonds will take place during 05.12.2012-18.12.2012. The underwriter of the bonds is “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC.

To participate in the open subscription of “Artsakh HEK” bonds you should fill in the application for bond purchase.

and present it to ARMSWISSBANK’s or Artsakh HEK’s office building on any business day within the placement period from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.

You can present both hard copy and electronic versions of the purchase order as well as fill in via the Bank’s website: www.armswissbank.am .

The electronic purchase order should be sent by the investor to the following e-mail address: [email protected] or by fax: (010) 54 06 27.

By presenting the electronic version of purchase order one should also present the payment confirmation document as well as the copy of passport, if he/she is not ARMSWISSBANK’s Client.
