Operations with Government securities (buying and selling)

ARMSWISSBANK conducts RA government securities purchase and sale operations, gives clients an opportunity to participate in government securities auctions via the Bank. Furthermore the Bank quotes daily prices of government securities it offers.

Repurchase agreements (repo, reverse repo)

Repurchasing agreements are money market instruments which clientsc an use for risk less attraction and allocation of financial resources. Repurchase agreement is a transaction by which the client (the Bank)alienates to the Bank (the client) securities on a contractual day under an obligation to purchase them back and pay interest, and the Bank (the client) purchases securities with a right of ownership under an obligation to sell them back on a contractual day.

Forward transactions

Forward transactions give an opportunity to buy and sell foreign currencies in the future in the exchange rate agreed beforehand with the Bank on the day of concluding forward contract.

Currency swap

Currency swap operations give an opportunity to buy or sell foreign currencies on the day of concluding swap contract and execute reverse transaction at the same rate in the future on the day mentioned in swap contract.
