Vartan Sirmakes is the founder and the sole shareholder of ARMSWISSBANK. He is an influential businessman in Switzerland, the founder, co-owner and CEO of world-famous ”Franck Muller Watchland”watchmaker company. He was born in 1956, and lives in Geneva.

Patrick Bittel is a recognized Genevan lawyer with international expertise. His practices involve finance and banking, estate and business law. He is a co-author of various publications in financial field and lecturer in numerous prestigious programs. He is a member of Geneva and Zurich Bar Associations, Geneva Business Lawyer’s Association. He was born in 1957, and is a graduate of the University of Geneva.

Arden Sellefyan is a doctor of economics. He provided advice to financial and manufacturing companies in many countries. From 2000 to now he is the chief adviser of “Franck Muller Group” in Geneva, Switzerland. From 2000 he is a member of the Board in "ArtsakhBank" CJSC. He was born in 1951, and graduated from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.

Gevorg Chakmishyan is a highly qualified and experienced professional. His practices involve tax and civil law. Gevorg Chakmishyan has broad experience in executive positions and international organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was born in 1971. He has graduated from Yerevan State University and from leading French Universities and has studied law and international relations.

Ashot Salnazaryan is a doctor of economics, professor and the Dean of Department of Finance at the Armenian State University of Economics. He held executive positions in Ministry of Finance and Economy in the field of securities market. He is the co-author of the law of the RA “On securities circulation” and author of 48 scientific papers. He was born in 1958, and graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Economy.

Gevorg Machanyan has taken his post as the Executive Director of ARMSWISSBANK CJSC from the date of it's establishment. He has twenty-five years of extensive banking experience, twenty from which he held leading positions at the Central Bank of Armenia. Last position held by Dr. Machanyan was Chief Auditor, Head of Internal Audit of the CBA. His managerial skills and leadership have been proven with the successful realization of several large-scale infrastructure development projects, including, but not limited to the engineering and implementation of the nationwide telecommunications and electronic payment system, the ArCa unified payment system, and SWIFT implementation in Armenia. Dr. Machanyan is involved in cooperation with international organizations and takes part in various international conferences and summits. He was born in 1959 and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy.

Grigor Movsisyan’s previous experience in CBA banking super vision and participation in a number of international trainings and conferences makes him a worthwhile asset guiding the overall financial performance of the bank. At ARMSWISSBANK he monitors compliance with prudential standards for banking, planning of revenues, expenses and capital investments, observation of internal limits of expenses and capital expenditures. He was born in 1974, and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy. He has been working at the bank since the day of its establishment.

Grigor Hovhannisyan started his activity in the Banking sector in 1996. Since 1998 he was already holding leading positions in the spheres of lending and customer service. under his supervision in the banking sector was provision of banking services, granting of corporate and consumer loans as well as the spheres of plastic cards and express transfers.  Grigor Hovhannisyan was born in 1974 and graduated from Armenian State Engineering University. He works at the Bank since 2009.

Arkadi Pinachyan has a huge working experience in the field of securities, as well as in the field of regulation, particularly he has worked in the Securities Market Inspectorate, and afterwards in the Securities Commission of RA. He also has experience in the field of pedagogy and now gives lectures in Yerevan State Institute of Economy. Arkadi Pinachyan was born in 1976, graduated from the faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University. For the purpose of achieving professional knowledge and working skills, he has taken part in many seminars and educational courses. He has been working at the Bank since 2006. He has appointed as the Head of Internal Audit since 2010.
