In order to open an account with ArmSwissBank and start using its brokerage services, you should properly fill in and send to ArmSwissBank's respective email address an application to open an account for brokerage services, as well as attach a color copy of your passport.

The Bank will review your information and within 1-2 business days send an email to your email address about the approval or denial of opening an account and signing a contract for brokerage services with you. Please be informed that the Bank has the right to refuse opening an account at its sole discretion without any explanation. In case of approval all documents that you should print, sign and send the originals to the Bank by mail (the scanned copies of those documents should be sent to the Bank's respective email address) will be attached to the email sent to you. At the same time the Bank will send you information about your accounts and explain how you can transfer money to ArmSwissBank. Before the Bank receives the originals of those documents your account will not be fully active (i.e., you can already buy securities of ARTSAKH HEK at this time but you cannot sell). As soon as the Bank receives the originals your account will be activated and if you like you will also be provided access to using internet banking services.

You can transfer money only from your personal bank account by a respective message sent via S.W.I.F.T. (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) system. Otherwise ArmSwissBank will not accept the transferred amount.

To purchase securities you should fill in a pro forma order and send to the Bank in good order (by email, fax message) or submit a respective order by phone. Upon your order the Bank will exchange the amount on your account to AMD at the buy rate set by the Bank for exchange of foreign currency as of the date of transaction and purchase shares of ARTSAKH HEK at the price quoted by NASDAQ OMX Armenia as of the date of transaction. After the fulfillment of the transaction the Bank will send you a statement of your transaction specifying the amount and number of purchased shares.
