According to the 4 th part of 43 article of the RA law on “Banks and banking activity”, each stakeholder of ARMSWISSBANK CJSC is eligible to receive the copies of the Bank’s last annual report and external audit’s conclusion.
Each stakeholder possessing 2% and more of the voting stocks issued by the Bank is eligible to receive information defined by the 4-th and 5-th parts of 43-rd article of the RA law on “Banks and banking activity”.

The Bank provides all of the above mentioned information free within three working days after receiving the written application of a stakeholder . The written application can be presented in the following forms: in hand in the headquarter of the Bank, via email or post: 10 Vazgen Sargsyan str, 0010, Yerevan, RA.

According to the ARMSWISSBANK CJSC of 2011-2013 strategic development plan, dividend payments are not planned in the above mentioned period.
The Bank did not trade securities publicly.
