    Mr. Vartan Sirmakes

    Chairman of the Board

    Vartan Sirmakes is the founder and the indirect significant participant of ARMSWISSBANK. An influential businessman in Switzerland, Mr Sirmakes is the founder, owner and CEO of the famous Franck Muller Watchland watch manufacturer. He was born in 11/02/1956 and lives in Geneva.

  • Mr. Patrick Bittel

    Member of the Board

    Patrick Bittel is an accomplished Genevan lawyer, whose areas of practice include finance and banking, real estate and business law. Mr Bittel is has co-authored various financial publications and lectures at a range of prestigious institutions. He is a member of the Bar Associations of Geneva and Zurich and the Geneva Business Lawyer’s Association. He was born in 14/04/1957 and is a graduate of the University of Geneva.

  • Mr. Arden Sellefyan

    Member of the Board

    Arden Sellefyan is a doctor of economics and has advised financial and manufacturing companies around the world. He has been the chief adviser to the Franck Muller Group in Geneva for more than 12 years and is also a member of the ArtsakhBank Board. He was born in 25/09/1951, and graduated from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.

  • Mr. Gevorg Chakmishyan

    Member of the Board

    Gevorg Chakmishyan is a highly qualified and experienced professional, whose key areas of expertise include tax and civil law. Mr Chakmishyan brings broad executive experience - gained in a range of international organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers – to the ArmSwissBank Board. Born in 24/02/1971, Mr Chakmishyan graduated from Yerevan State University and from leading French Universities, where he studied law and international relations.

  • Mr. Ashot Salnazaryan

    PhD, Member of the Board

    Ashot Salnazaryan is a doctor of economics, professor and Chair of Corporate Finance at the Armenian State University of Economics. He has held executive positions at the Ministry of Finance and Economy, where he specialized in securities. Mr Salnazaryan co-authored the first piece of Armenian law governing the securities market and has published 48 scientific papers in his career. He was born in 21/01/1958 and graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Economy.

  • Gevorg Machanyan

    Dr. Gevorg Machanyan

    Chairman of the Management Board,
    Executive Director

    Gevorg Machanyan has served as Executive Director of ArmSwissBank since it was established and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. For two decades he held senior roles at the Central Bank of Armenia, where he progressed to the position of Chief Auditor, Head of Internal Audit. Dr. Machanyan~s managerial and leadership skills have been proven through several large-scale infrastructure development projects, including the implementation of the ArCa and SWIFT payment systems in Armenia. Dr. Machanyan works with a range of international organizations and participates in various conferences and summits around the world. He was born in 22/08/1959 and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy.

  • Grigor Movsisyan

    Mr. Grigor Movsisyan

    Deputy CEO-Director of Risk Management and compliance Department

    Grigor Movsisyan has overseen the overall financial performance of ArmSwissBank since its establishment. Bringing his extensive experience in banking supervision gained at the Central Bank of Armenia, he ensures compliance with prudential standards, monitors expenditure and reviews internal control systems. He was born in 26/03/1974, and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy. Grigor Movsisyan has been working at ArmSwissBank since it's foundation.

  • Grigor Hovhannisyan

    Mr. Grigor Hovhannisyan

    Management Board Member,
    Deputy CEO-Director of Lending Department

    Grigor Hovhannisyan has worked in the banking sector for over 15 years, for most of which he has held senior lending and customer service positions. He is highly experienced in banking supervision and the provision of banking services, with expertise in corporate and consumer loans, card products and express transfers. He was born in 16/02/1974 and graduated from Armenian State Engineering University. Grigor Hovhannisyan has been working at ArmSwissBank since 2009.

  • Karen Turyan

    Mr. Karen Turyan, PhD

    Management Board Member,
    Deputy CEO-Director of Investment Department

    Karen Turyan has been the Director of ArmSwissBanks~ Investment Department since 2005. He has extensive experience working within the financial sector, as well as an academic career at leading universities. He has held leading positions at Armenian banks, including Director of Investment department and Chief Dealer, and has published numerous scientific articles and books. He was born in 05/05/1976 and graduated from State Engineering University of Armenia.

  • Sedrak Baghdasaryan

    Mr. Sedrak Baghdasaryan

    Management Board Member,
    Chief Accountant-Head of Accounting and Reporting Department

    Board experience in commercial banking and work in the department of methodology and analysis at the Central Bank of RA allow Sedrak Baghdasaryan to head Accounting and Reporting Department appropriately and contribute to the Bank’s activities. He was born in 27/04/1976, and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy. Sedrak Baghdasaryan has been working at ArmSwissBank since October 2005.

  • Gevorg Khachatryan

    Mr. Gevorg Khachatryan

    Deputy CEO-Director of Customer Service Department

    Gevorg Khachatryan leads ArmSwissBank's Customer Service department, ensuring that all our services follow international banking standards. He is also responsible for developing and introducing new products and services in response to our clients~ needs. Mr. Khachatryan has held management positions at the Central Depository of Armenia and was a lecturer at the Armenian-German Financial Banking College. He was born in 29/06/1970 and graduated from the Yerevan State University. Gevorg Khachatryan has been working at ArmSwissBank since it's foundation.

  • Arkadi Pinachyan

    Management Board Member,
    Deputy CEO-Director of Business Development Department

    Arkadi Pinachyan has many years of experience in the fields of securities and regulation, having worked in the Securities Market Inspectorate and at the Armenian Securities Commission. Along with his professional career he has also lectured at the Armenian State University of Economy. Mr. Pinachyan was born in 18/02/1976 and graduated from the Yerevan State University, faculty of Economics. He has participated in number of seminars and training sessions in order to improve his professional knowledge and skills. Arkadi Pinachyan has been working at ArmSwissBank since 2006: from 2010 till 2017 he was the Head of Internal Audit and from 01/10/2017 he has been appointed as the Deputy CEO- Director of Business Development Department.

  • Vahagn Payan

    Head of Internal Audit

    Vahagn Payan has many years of experience in the fields of accounting and auditing. He has participated in number of seminars and training sessions in order to improve his professional knowledge and skills. He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) as well as a member of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia. Mr. Payan has an auditor's qualification in accordance with the qualifications of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia. Vahagn Payan was born in 31/08/1978 in Gyumri and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Economics, faculty of Accounting and Auditing. He has been working at ArmSwissBank since 02/10/2017 as the Head of Internal Audit.
