On January 25, 2018 ARMSWISSBANK CJSC and European Bank of Development and Reconstruction (EBRD) first time in financial market of RA signed General Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA) which regulating the process of concluding securities repo transactions in international financial markets and adopted by the International Capital Market Association(ICMA).

The above agreement enables ARMSWISSBANK CJSC to expand its borders in international market by involving both AMD and foreign currency financing secured by denominated foreign currency bonds.
