With the financing of EBRD, ARMSWISSBANK has attracted funds covered by Armenian government US Dollar denominated Eurobonds. The transaction was guaranteed by Frontclear, one of the world's leading money market company.

The transaction has a strong demonstrative effect on local financial markets since it was implemented within the framework of the Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA) signed between the EBRD and ARMSWISSBANK in January 2018, which allows the parties to conclude repo deals with each other.
