The statutory capital of "ARMSWISSBANK" CJSC has been increased

The statutory capital of "ARMSWISSBANK" CJSC has been increased through the placement of additional issued shares to support the further development of the Bank. Additional 2,079 shares were allocated that account for 14.25% of the statutory capital of the Bank. As a result the total number of Bank's allocated shares became equal to 16,667 shares, with the same face value per share of AMD 600,000. The statutory capital of the Bank (in face value terms) is equal to AMD 10,000,200,000.

Changes in the statutory capital of the Bank have been registered by the Central Bank of Armenia as prescribed.

The additional issued shares were acquired by “FMTM Distribution” LLC, which became the holder of 12.47% of total shares. The holder of the remaining 87.53% of shares is “HVS Holding” S.a.r.l. At the meantime, the well-known Swiss-Armenian businessman Vartan Sirmakes continues to be the indirect partcipant of the 100% of the Bank's ordinary shares. As a result, the Bank's statutory capital (including emission income) amounts to over AMD 16.2 billion, and total capital exceeds AMD 60 billion.
