This is to inform that “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC plans to implement the issuance and placement of its registered coupon bonds that will take place on 22.11.2018.

Bonds will be denominated in USD /with face value of USD 100/, with maturity of six years, 6% p.a. coupon rate and quarterly coupon payment frequency. The total face volume of the placement equals 10,000,000 USD.

Bonds will be placed via open subscription. Applications for subscription will be accepted starting from 10:30 on 22.11.2018 till 16:30 on 24.12.2018.
