ARMSWISSBANK has been awarded “The Most Active Issuing Bank in 2022 in Armenia” and “TFP Deal of the Year, 2022” during the Annual Meeting of the EBRD which took place May 16-18, 2023 in Samarkand (Uzbekistan). The awards are based on the results of the previous year growing Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP).

The Bank has been awarded “The Most Active Issuing Bank in Armenia in 2022” for the 5th year in a row, while “TFP Deal of the Year, 2022” award comes to prove the Bank’s successful and expanding effective cooperation with the EBRD within the framework of the Trade Facilitation Programme.

The international factoring transaction between ARMSWISSBANK and TBC Bank has been realized through the FCI's cross-border factoring platform, and for the first time supported by EBRD guarantees.

The awards are a statement of the Bank’s productive and year by year deepening cooperation within the scope of Trade Finance with the EBRD. Throughout the cooperation, the initial limit set for the Bank has increased almost 10 times making USD 28.5 million which is currently one of the largest limits in the RA banking system.

In cooperation with the EBRD since 2010, the Bank, in addition to trade financing, has also achieved significant success in SME Lending Program, GCF-GEFF Armenia Energy Efficiency Program and Global Master Repo Agreement (GMRA).
