Hereby we would like to inform you of the placement and issuance of registered coupon bonds of “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC which will take place from 10 June to 30 September 2024.
Bonds will be issued in:
• AMD /with a nominal value of AMD 50,000/, with a maturity of 4 years, and a coupon rate of 10.20% and semiannual payment frequency
• USD /with a nominal value of USD 100/, with a maturity of 4 years, and a coupon rate of 6.25%, semiannual payment frequency
• EUR /with a nominal value of EUR 100, with a maturity of four years, and coupon rate of 5.00%, semiannual payment frequency
Bonds will be placed via open subscription. Applications for subscriptions will be accepted starting from
10.06.2024 at 10:00 till 30.09.2024 16:00.
Significant part of attracted resources would be channeled to sustainable projects.
