During the preemptive right’s implementation period (from 2.11.2010 to 01.12.2010), 50 shareholders of Artsakh HEK OJSC implemented their preemptive right by purchasing 103,146 shares with the total amount of AMD 114,492,060.

The open subscribtion of Artsakh HEK’s shares will be implemented from the 2-nd to the 22-th of december and all individuals and legal entities can participate in it. In order to buy shares participants should present the properly filled subscribtion forms and the payment documents to Artsakh HEK’s or ArmSwissBank’s offices. The number of shares available for open subscribtion is 1,296,854, the placement price per share is AMD 1,110.
