On October 23rd, 2008 “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC increased its statutory capital by AMD 1,251 mln by issuing 2085 ordinary shares at the value of AMD 600 thousand each. Now it constitutes AMD 5,001 mln. The founder and CEO of “Franck Muller Watchland” Company, Vardan Sirmakes remains the 100% shareholder of “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC.
