ON JANUARY 4TH OF 2008 ARMSWISSBANK CJSC MADE THE SECOND PAYMENT ON VALLETTA LTD’S COUPON BONDS (AMVALTB01ER1)

On January 4th of 2008 the Bank made coupon payments on Valletta Ltd’s corporate bond of the first issue. The decision to issue coupon bonds with the following terms was made on June 19th of 2007: denomination – AMD 50000; volume – 7 000; total amount – AMD 350 mln; coupon rate – 10.5% (semiannual coupon rate – 5.25%); maturity – 18 months. Bonds will be redeemed, as well as the last coupon payment will be made within three days from February 2nd of 2009.
