ARMSWISSBANK CJSC WILL START THE PUBLIC OFFERING OF CORPORATE BONDS OF “EXPRESS CREDIT UCO” FROM JULY 29TH TO AUGUST 11TH

On July 22nd the Central Bank of Armenia registered the prospectus on non-documentary coupon bonds of “Express Credit UCO”. According to the prospectus the allocation of bonds will be accomplished from 29.07.2008 to 11.08.2008. Corporate bonds with nominal value of AMD 25.000 and total volume of AMD 125.000.000 (5000) will be allocated through public offering, and the remaining bonds (1000) with total volume of AMD 25.000.000 will be purchased by the Bank.
