ARMSWISSBANK HAS COMPLETED THE ALLOCATION OF BONDS TWO DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE

As of July 16th the Bank has allocated 10.000 corporate coupon bonds (in the amount of AMD 500 mln) of “ArmRusgazard” CJSC through public offering. The completion deadline is July 18 of 2008. On May 20th of 2008 “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC and “ArmRusgasard” CJSC concluded a contract on provision of securities issuance and allocation services, according to which corporate bonds were to be issued in the amount of AMD 1.0 bln with maturity of 36 months. After the completion of the allocation the Bank enables purchasing of the bonds in the secondary market. Interested parties may turn to “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC.
