Within the scope of credit services The Bank offers its customers not only traditional but also non-traditional credit instruments, such as loans, credit lines, purchase order financing, export financing, overdrafts, factoring (domesticand international),letters of credit, guarantees and other services based on customer needs providing real solutions for your financial needs.

The Bank identifies two main target groups of customers: corporate clients and individuals.

Within the scope of loan programs the Bank currently collaborates with a number of local and international lending organizations, such as:

  • European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
  • German-Armenian Fund
  • Asian Development Bank
  • Promsvyazbank within the scope of Trade Financing Program
  • "National Mortgage Company" UCO CJSC
  • "Affordable apartment to the young families" RCO CJSC

The Bank's credit policy is flexible and adapted to its Customers' needs and requirements.

The Bank offers the following services to Corporate clients:

  • Loans
  • Renewable and non-renewable credit lines
  • Overdraft
  • Domestic and international banking guarantees
  • Letters of credit
  • Import and export loans

The Bank offers the following services to Individuals:

  • Investment loans
  • Mortgage loans for acquisition, renovation and construction of real estate
  • Consumer loans, but only to its long-term customers
While using credit you should pay attention to your future risks, particularly
  • The interest rates of provided loan should be paid in AMD, and principal repayments in relevant currencies, so changes in foreign exchange rates may have an adverse impact on loan repayment.
  • In case of improper fulfillment of credit obligations (overdue of loan or interest payment, inappropriate spending of loan, the provision of false information to Bank in order to obtain credit, prevent in credit monitoring / control, etc.) can be carried out not only the financial sanctions imposed by the Bank, but also the following actions in accordance with current legislation:
    • early settlement of the loan agreement, demand of early return of the loan and interests
    • seizure and sale of mortgaged property, and in case if the collateral is not sufficient the possibility of confiscation of borrower's other property at court (if available)
    • the information record about borrower at credit registry, which will have a negative impact on the customer's credit history and obstruct further utilization of credit services (including other banks and credit organizations).
