Customer Rights

Individual customers have the opportunity to submit claims arising from transactions between the customer and the Bank to the Financial System Mediator. (Customer service hours and cash operation hours: Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. The Bank does not work on holidays and memorial days defined as non-working days by RA legislation).

Any person is entitled to receive information on the laws of “ Banks and Banking Activity ” and “ Securities Market ” of the Republic of Armenia (In Armenian).

Any person has the right to recieve the copies of the information relating to “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC from the 3 rd point of the 20 th article and 2 nd point of the 43 rd article of the RA law on “Banks and Banking Activity” and information from the 16 th, 12 0 th and 1 st point of 126 th articles of the RA law on the “Stock Exchange” by presenting a written application to the Bank on any business day from 9:30 am to 4:30pm at 10 Vazgen Sargsyan str address.

The information should be provided within 3 working days, for which no fee is charged if the information is provided in person or by e-mail while in case of fax or mail delivery commissions are charged according to the Bank’s current tariffs.
